Our online circle blends attachment-informed practice with nervous-system care (polyvagal), NLP and parts-informed coaching to offer practical, mindful parenting tools, co-regulation rituals, and real connection. Cameras on or off, feeding/changing welcome—come exactly as you are. Based in Stratford-upon-Avon and rooted in the spirit of women’s circles Warwickshire, this group is open UK-wide so you can find your village wherever you live. Leave each session feeling steadier, seen, and supported—with simple practices you can use at 3 am as easily as 3 pm. Perfect for: first-time mums, second-time wobbles, postnatal nerves, rebuilding confidence and community.
